What we do
WELLBEING MEDIA STUDIO IS THE HOME OF TWO SHOWS ON THE E360TV NETWORK IN THE USA
Founded by Chartered Psychologist, and Arts Charity Chair, Dr Audrey Tang has always been driven by two key things:
- Mental Health is not "a luxury", but neither is it easy to maintain; and
- The creative and performing arts provide benefits far beyond the stage.
With 10 years experience as a "Media Guest Expert (Psychology)", and 30+ years as a drama teacher, community Theatre Producer and Director, in 2023, she built Wellbeing Media Studio with the aim of getting those messages out there.

So, our studio is designed as a safe media space that is welcoming to academics and creatives - with all levels of broadcast experience, but who share our passion for promoting wellbeing. We know you have a message - we can help you amplify it in an environment founded in support.

In Feb 2024, we joined the e360TV network with TWO weekly shows, our flagship - "Mental Health Matters" and sister show, "Skits & Quibbles" now "Mental Health Matters:After Hours"
Since Feb 2025 - because of the number of guests wanting to appear on our Mental Health Show, we switched to producing a "Double Dose" of Mental Health Matters: Office Hours (focused on Workplace Wellbeing); and After Hours (for all things Mental Health and Wellness)
e360TV is available globally on Amazon Firestick, Roku, and other streaming platforms as well as across all socials, including LinkedIn Live.

Through Mental Health Matters, Dr Audrey Tang and co-host Judith Crosier take a deep dive into mental health issues making complexity accessible, with expert-led discussion with practitioners at the top of their fields to offer their professional tips and tools on different wellbeing topics every week.

"Wellbeing Media Studio was so impressive. My first time in this environment and I was looked after and made to feel very comfortable doing something I'm not usually very comfortable doing! Sincere thanks for Dr Audrey Tang and Gordana Micic for arranging this opportunity to appear on Skits and Quibbles, which is sure to be a huge success and I'm sure many creatives will find the facilities at Wellbeing Media Studio second to none. :-)"
